Mason Nocolas Pinot Noir Rosetc_fall_chris

Featuring flavors of cherries, red currant, and a little citrus, this 100% Pinot Noir Rose’ from France sells well in both the retail and wholesale sides of the industry. Therefore, it should be fairly easy to find and kindly shelf into your residential refrigerator at home. Pairs well  Thanksgiving turkey and all of its fixins on the table. Also pairs well with a simple grilled mozz sammy w/ cucumber slices on 12 grain bread with the crust cut off. Listens well with “Le Premier Bonheur du Jour” by Francoise Hardy.

90763774853427 Deadly Zins

I first drank this wicked wine nearly a dozen years ago at a couple cool restaurants, and then was able to also purchase it in stores too. This big, bold, aggressive, fruity and spicy sauce truly shows its name strong because seven different grapes are used from seven different growers in the Lodi region. Enjoy hints of raisins, blackberry, and peppery pops of flavor in your really pretty mouth. Pairs well with seasoned steak, maple-glazed ham, and wild buffalo. Listens well with Seek and Destroy by Metallica.

New Glarus Staghorn Oktoberfestnew-glarus-staghorn

This extra slow lager uses zero additives, preservatives, or artificial agents. With the world’s most expensive (and authentic) hops from Germany and the clearest of the clear Wisconsin water, this handcrafted brew is super duper clean and crisp. Pairs best with brats, sauerkraut, and those obnoxiously oversized pretzels w/ spicy honey mustard dipping sauce. Listens best with Autobahn (das original long version) by Kraftwerk.

4Valroni

Named after our pal, Val & invented by barkeep, Tom Julio, this twist on the classic Negroni pours equal parts Rehorst Gin, Compari, & seltzer water with an orange garnish for finishing flavor. Delicious. Yum. Pairs well with crab cakes or salmon gravlax along side of a dill and pepper marinade. Listens well with Hey Mami by Sylvan Esso.
