Dennis McBride has left the building – in a manner of speaking. The Wauwatosa native son who for the past decade spent countless hours at city hall as 4th District alderman, ended his current term early. He offers insight into this and other aspects of Tosa life.

Public art has blossomed in Hart Park. Three metal sculptures of distinct shapes and themes now line the paved walkway along a portion of 19-acre Hart Park. Local leaders hope the first year of The Hartwork Project will not only be an aesthetic feast but also attract more people to enjoy what the city has to offer.

Wauwatosa east and west four years ago joined high schools from across the state in competitive shooting. Much like the formation of any high school athletic endeavor, the team now wants to grow so that it can be more successful in competition.
